I’m Maria Juan Prats; and after read the articles published in the blog Histories of Houses I think, first, that Small house for a Kolonihauen by Enric Miralles is a very interesting project for this recreation of the step of the life. The fact that the architect was dying without carrying out the project and after there is a small recreation in Denmark of him is furthermore interesting. From my point of view, I see the project like as the puzzles (one of my big hobbies) because he does the design from the steps that a girl gives and that three parts of the house fit from the small thing up to the big thing is like the pieces of the puzzle that try in small parts to join to create something big.
On the other hand, Miranda Santos House by Álvaro Siza is, for me, like a metaphor of my favourite sport that it’s the chess. I giving lessons of chess to the children I’ve dealt and believe that the evolution of Siza's project is like a this intelligent game. The project has been transforming logically and rationally as it was changing of owner. Enclosed Siza, designs the furniture that is going to occupy his project. It is like to find the best way of fitting all the elements inside a space into the time.
And, the last house chose is Can Lis and Can Feliz in Mallorca, by Jørn Utzon, for me, answers to my passion for the music. I understand that Utzon after not wanting to return to see his project of Sidney's opera, his thought suffers a change. Can Lis is like a monument to the love where he is to taste with the situation, the repercussion, the tour of the Sun is like the life of the family and is a feeling like as when the music that makes feel good and find same. But, then with Can Feliz it is like the moment of easing and of hiding place like when you shelter in the music to move away from the rest of the world. Because of it, also I believe that the isolated and camouflaged project does of the slightly magic project.

yo pienso, en primer lugar, que la Casita para un Kolonihauen de Enric Miralles
es un proyecto muy interesante por esa recreación del paso de la vida. El hecho
de que el arquitecto se muriera sin llevar a cabo el proyecto hace que la
pequeña recreación que se ha hecho recientemente de él sea aún más interesante.
Desde mi punto de vista, veo el proyecto como los puzles (uno de mis grandes
hobbies) porque hacer el diseño desde los pasos que da una niña y que las tres
partes de la casa encajen desde lo pequeño hasta lo grande es como las piezas
del puzzle que intentan en pequeñas partes unirse para crear algo grande.
Por otro lado, La Casa
Miranda Santos de Álvaro Siza es, para mí, como una metáfora de mi deporte
favorito el ajedrez. Yo dando clases de ajedrez a los niños he entendido y creo
que la evolución del proyecto de Álvaro Siza es como una partida de ajedrez. El
proyecto se ha ido transformando lógicamente y racionalmente conforme variaba
de propietario. Incluso Álvaro Siza diseña los muebles que van a ocupar su
proyecto. Es como encontrar la mejor manera de encajar todos los elementos
dentro de un espacio en el tiempo que se está viviendo.
Y, la última casa elegida de Can Lis y Can Feliz de Jørn Utzon responden a mi pasión por la música. Yo entiendo que Utzon después de no querer ni volver a ver su proyecto de la ópera de Sidney, su pensamiento sufre un cambio. Can Lis es como un monumento al amor donde él está a gusto con la situación, la repercusión, el recorrido del sol es como la vida de la familia y es un sentimiento como cuando la música que hace sentir bien y encontrarse a sí mismo. Pero luego con Can Feliz es como el momento de relajación y de escondite como cuando te refugias en la música para alejarte del resto del mundo. Por eso también creo que el proyecto aislado y camuflado hace del proyecto algo mágico.]
